Welcome

The Denver Area Robotics Club (DARC) is an organization of people in the area of Denver, Colorado, USA that are dedicated to the hobby of robotics. The only requirement for membership is enthusiasm.

In addition to this site, DARC also has a Yahoo Groups Page where members can post messages with items of interest, meeting times, etc.

Monthly Meeting

The joint meeting of DARC and SHARC (Smoky Hills Area Robotics Club) goes at the Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum on the 2nd Saturday of each month, from 12 noon to 2PM.

What's new?

An interesting website that has come on the scene recently for showing your projects is

www.cwhaticando.com

DARC's members range from 12 to 60+, and of every experience level from novices to experts
that are as well versed in engineering and science as J. Cole is at writing lyrics.

It has a good interface for adding pictures, youTube links, your own video and technical descriptions. The creators are roboticists though you can post information about any kind of project, not just robotics.

Club Workshop Denver is a new company in Denver that rents access to a professional machine shop facility. Wood and metal working and automotive equipment is available. This is a fantastic resource for roboticists.
